Veal enchilada – Information on-line




For 4 people it is necessary:

– 500 g of minced veal
– 500 g tomato sauce
– 250 g of mixed frozen vegetables
– 250 g of grated cheese
– 2 teaspoons of hot wigs
– olive oil
– so
– pepper


Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the mixed vegetables at a medium temperature. Then stir in the minced meat, fry briefly, then add a third of the tomato sauce and hot pepper. Simmer all together for about 15 minutes, add salt and pepper as desired. Arrange the second third of the tomato sauce on the bottom of the fireproof bowl. Garnish the tortillas with a mixture of meat and vegetables, roll them up and arrange them in a bowl with tomato sauce. Finally, pour over the remaining sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the foil, bake for another 5 minutes and serve while warm.
