The President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, will not travel to Moscow to meet with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, said the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Alexei Reznikov.
As he said, official Kiev considers Russia an “aggressor country” because it keeps its troops in Donbas.
– Zelenski will talk to Putin when the war in Donbas is over – then it will be possible to talk about bilateral relations – he said.
Reznikov also said that it would not be possible to organize that meeting in Moscow.
– To travel to a country that is an aggressor and to meet with a representative of that country – I think that is a very strange proposal – he said.
Reznikov also said that, in the event that such a meeting occurs, it should be organized accompanied by French President Emanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
