The volleyball players of Serbia suffered the third defeat in this year’s edition of the League of Nations, since the selection of the Netherlands was better than them in Rimini with 3: 1 in sets – 25:22, 25:16, 18:25, 25:21.
The Serbian women played badly in the first two sets. This is especially true of the second in which the Dutch completely dominated.
Alexander Vladisavljev’s team managed to start in the third set and catch the connection with a great game, but in the middle of the fourth there was another fall. The Netherlands made a series of 6: 1, escaped to 15: 9 and then justified the role of the favorite without any major problems.
Katarina Lazović was the most efficient in the Serbian team with 16 points, 13 were added by Jovana Kocić, and 11 by Jovana Mirosavljević. Sara Lozo enrolled eight, and Sofija Medić and Sara Carić seven each.
Among the winners, Nika Dalderop scored 20 points and Juliet Lohuis 17 points.
After six played matches, Serbia has a half score and with 10 points takes the sixth place on the table. The Dutch are fourth with 13 points.
The team of Aleksandar Vladisavljev will play the next match on June 6 against Brazil.
