Atlantic Stark, which has been present in Serbia and the Western Balkans since 1922, is the first regional customer to be supplied by Barry Callebaut’s new factory in Novi Sad, Serbia, announced the Zurich-based company in a statement.
“The long-term outsourcing agreement makes Barry Callebaut one of Atlantic Stark’s leading compound suppliers and the only chocolate supplier,” said Barry Callebaut.
Shipments to Atlantic Stark will begin immediately and some of the volume will include cocoa from Cocoa Horizons, Barry Callebaut’s preferred vehicle for implementing sustainability initiatives.
