In the last 24 hours, according to the data of the Crisis Staff, 816 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered.
For the sake of comparison, only a week ago, the number was 312, and at the end of last week, it exceeded 500.
In the last 24 hours, two deaths infected with the corona were registered.
The Crisis Staff estimates that the sudden increase in the number of newly infected is related to returnees from vacation.
Due to that, the demands of experts to introduce a mandatory test when returning from vacation are becoming louder.
As for the number of hospitalized, it is almost constant at 121, and has increased in the last 24 hours by only two Covid patients.
In intensive care, the number was reduced by three patients, to a total of 29.
