As they say, they were beaten on June 29, by the porter of the accommodation where, as they say, they were employed from June 26 to 30.
Natalija Šipetić said that after the physical attack, they were insulted on a national basis only because they are Serbs!
According to the police report that we had access to, Natalija stated that after the confrontation that took place because they brought friends to the accommodation, the attacker insulted them brutally, and that when they reported the case to the Herceg Novi police department, they were told that it was in vain and that the entire police station was owned by Radulović, the owner of the mentioned company.
– He said “that he would eat my Serbian mother, that darkness would eat me and that he would bring me back to Serbia”. Due to the stress and physical assault I had epileptic seizures, after 13 years of treatment of the same disease, for which I contacted the Health Center in Herceg Novi – she said, further claiming that they also suffered disrespect from other employees.
– We are also discriminated against in terms of sexual orientation, considering that we are lesbians – she said, adding that they immediately gave an agreed dismissal that was not signed, as well as that the company refused to hand over their work permits abroad.
They were also brought to the hearing in the misdemeanor court of Herceg Novi because they did not respond to the summons to the hearing, which was not handed to them by the manager Marko Smolović.
– In that process, one of the police authorities insulted us on a sexual basis, saying: “I would hit you with an educator to stay at home forever, women in Montenegro do not have the right to vote, they have a place in the house.” – she said and added that the video of the surveillance cameras from the accommodation where the attack can be seen was attached to the hearing itself. A few days later, as the interlocutor of Kurir claims, she headed from Kotor to Herceg Novi.
– I was followed by a car and a person on a motorcycle. When I stopped, the person on the motorcycle showed me a firearm with the words: “Deja told you to withdraw the lawsuit or the darkness will eat you, I guarantee you that, you will disappear from the face of the earth.” Serbian women state that they received protection from the Kotor Police Department , as well as medical assistance from Dr. Kovac and General Hospital Risanj.
The management of the mentioned company did not advertise or answer media questions.
