Ana Brnabić visited the “Magna” factory in Aleksinac, which is still under construction and has not been officially opened, and the workers are undergoing training.
“We hope that by the end of the year, and at the end of September, we will be able to officially open the factory and celebrate it together,” said Brnabić.
The Prime Minister stated that she decided to spend the next three days in the Nisava district – today she visited Razanj, Aleksinac, followed by a visit to Merošina, Doljevac, while on Saturday and Sunday she will visit Svrljih, Gadžin Han, Niš.
“I want to see what else we can do, to talk to citizens, businessmen, to see what we have done, what we are doing, what needs to be done in the field of infrastructure – travel, health, education, tourism, because that is the best way for the government to work. a job in the interest of the citizens “, said Brnabić.
Asked about one of the local roads, which was supposed to start reconstruction on June 15, she said that it was promised, so she will not wait to return to Belgrade, but will immediately talk to the director of “Roads of Serbia”, Zoran Drobnjak, to resolve it quickly.
The Prime Minister stated that the goal of everything that is done in the road and railway infrastructure is to raise the quality of life, to keep young people in their places, to support the local economy, adding that the government adopted a conclusion on granting subsidies to a company from Doljevac on Thursday.
Brnabić also said that the construction of important projects is planned by the end of this year and in the first quarter of next year, primarily the highway from Niš through Plocnik and Priština, to Tirana and Durres, which should start construction by the end of September. and it will also mean the municipalities of Prokuplje and Kursumlija.
In addition, the three largest projects include the modernization of the Nis-Dimitrovgrad railway and the gas pipeline to Bulgaria.
She stated that one of the important projects in Razanj is the construction of a complete sewerage network and wastewater treatment plant, a project worth about 4.5 million euros, which will be done through the Council of Europe Development Bank.
“The project-technical documentation has been completed, which is now being checked, and I hope that we will announce a tender by the end of this year or in the first quarter of next year. It is a sewerage network almost 35 kilometers long,” Brnabić said, adding that her priorities include water supply network.
“We are writing down everything and when we return to Belgrade, to continue working. I will practice these trips more often, because, in addition to all visits to the region, Europe, the most important thing is to visit Serbia,” said Brnabić.
