Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras began his two-day visit to Serbia on Tuesday, while Greco-Serbian Day in Belgrade yesterday included an economic forum attended by Kyriakou, a leading Greek investor.
“This is an important meeting. Two prime ministers from two very, very friendly countries, Serbia and Greece. A lot of business people from both countries are here and they stress the importance of strong relations between Greece and Serbia. Both heads of state and government seem very committed to building relationships getting better and better. As a businessman I am very happy about it. As you know, I have been an investor in Serbia for many years, “he told Prva TV.
Kyriakou noted that Antenna Group is a leading media company in Serbia that includes Prva TV, B92 and cable channels.
“We came here to switch television, to create better programming, better entertainment and better news. And I think we did it, I’m very proud of our team. We employ almost 500 people in this country, Full-time and full-time part-time and we like to invest more, “he said.
Seeing the two prime ministers together motivates investors to invest more and develop economic and business relationships, noted the CEO of Antenna Group.
“We’re here to stay and do great things,” said Kyriakou.
