Slobodan Milenković arrived at the Palace of Justice accompanied by his colleagues, several inspectors.
Namely, the interview was originally scheduled for the previous week, but at the request of Milenkovic, it was postponed until today.
Milenkovic then told the prosecution that he did not want to answer questions without his attorney Zdenko Tomanovic.
The Prosecutor’s Office previously informed the public that Milenkovic was invited to an interview in order to answer the allegations of former high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that were made public during the previous weeks.
In connection with these allegations, the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade ordered the collection of information and notices.
The Prosecutor’s Office then pointed out that the ongoing checks do not relate to already processed cases, and not even to the case known to the public as “Jovanjica”.
