Acting President of the Provisional Institutions of Pristina, Glauk Konjufca, announced that the election of a new president must begin by tomorrow or that new parliamentary elections must be called.
According to that interpretation, the deadline for the election of a new president expires by midnight tomorrow.
Some experts say that it is important to start the election process before the deadline, which can last until May 5.
International officials have also called for the election of a president. There are two possible outcomes – either the election of the president or new elections, and all that should be resolved today and tomorrow.
