Partizan coach Aleksandar Stanojevic spoke about Takuma Asana.
Takuma Asano recently left the ranks of Partizan and that is the main football topic in the country these days.
Many from the black-and-white camp criticized Asana, but not Stanojevic.
– His departure was a shock to all of us. Especially since he gave no indication that it would happen. The players gave some statements that they are disappointed and I understand them, because I know how much they love him, how much they believe in him and they are aware that he is an important part of this story of ours – Stanojevic began.
The Partizan coach pointed out that Asano was a perfect professional until the last day.
– I can’t say a single bad word about Asan! He was an exceptional professional, I haven’t met one for a long time. It is not pleasant what happened, but I understand human differences, different cultures. He had the opportunity to talk to us about everything, he didn’t do it, he could have informed the club in the last 15 days, to send a warning letter, but he didn’t do that either. That’s the only complaint I have about him. We could have tried to solve the problem. We have to understand that we are all different, in Japan, the station chief wants to commit suicide when his train is two minutes late. I’m sorry, we will miss you a lot.
