– Always the same situation. With the first heavy rains, a flood occurs. Cars find it difficult to move, the water reaches almost to the lock. Pedestrians can’t even go outside, if the rain stops it will in most cases recede in the next few hours – says a tenant of a nearby residential building for RINA.

Heavy rains, in addition to the collapse in the city area, brought one good thing because the smoldering fires on the mountain Crni Vrh near Priboj were additionally brought under control, so the possibility of their further spread was reduced to a minimum.
There is no more open flame in the fire, not burning trees and treetops, but it is a ground and even underground fire, the so-called smoke, because stumps, pine veins, full of light, or resin are burning.
Less precipitation was also recorded on the territory of the Prijepolje municipality, but it did not cause problems for the citizens.
