Farmers blocked site visitors on the Provincial Authorities, gave up radicalization

Vojvodina farmers, dissatisfied with the purchase price of sunflowers, continued their protest in Novi Sad, where they are waiting for their demands to be met.

Minister Branislav Nedimović spoke with them yesterday and promised to resolve those demands within 48 hours.

However, they demand to receive written guarantees from the President of the Republic.

Farmers spent the night in front of the Banovina building, and they say that there will be no autumn harvest unless the price situation changes.

They demand that the price of sunflowers not be lower than 700 euros per ton, and that fuel for autumn work be at a price of 170 dinars, with the condition that at least three refills per day per card and two into the tanks of work machines are allowed.

They are also asking for mandatory blue diesel for spring sowing and to be provided with 100 liters of fuel per hectare without excise duty, as well as to lift the export ban for all primary agricultural products.

A request was also added to cancel the police reports against all protest participants.

The RTS correspondent reports that the farmers gave up on the previously announced radicalization of the blockades, although this morning they received, as they say, an answer from the ministry that they are not satisfied with.
