The anti-ship patrol plane “Poseidon” performed a flight near the Syrian coast today, where the Russian bases Tartus and Hmejmim are located, the media report.
The American reconnaissance plane took off from the Sigonella air base on the Italian island of Sicily. He flew near the Syrian border in the Mediterranean for about an hour.
