The President of the Assembly of Kosovo, Gljauk Konjufca, said today that Serbia “plans to return to Kosovo and considers it its country.”
He said that Albanians must be ready to, as he stated, “defend their homeland at any cost.”
– As long as Serbia has us in its Constitution and as long as it considers us its country, nothing is over with Serbia – said Konjufca in Poklek, where Albanians are marking the 22nd anniversary of NATO’s entry into Kosovo, reports Reporters.
He claims that “danger and intimidation”, which, as he says, is carried out by Serbia, have not yet passed and that “Serbia’s threats are more present today than ever before on June 12, 1999”.
– As long as Serbia has plans to return to Kosovo and does not hide them at all, we must be ready to defend our homeland at any cost – said Konjufca.
