Davis’ voice can be heard on the 1989 album Girl You Know It’s True. The release was left without a Grammy won after it was revealed that Fabrice Morvan and Rob Pilatus did not sing, but others did for the needs of the album, and they only opened their mouths at performances.

Davis lived in Germany and collaborated with Morvan as part of the Face Meets Voice music program.
A member of the group “Dear Vanilla”, Rob Pilatus, passed away in 1998 at the age of 33 from a drug overdose.
