Although a good part of the people will stay at home because of Easter, there is no doubt that the popular picnic areas around the cities will be full of holes. Society, food, drink, music and entertainment are considered a guaranteed scenario for the day, but whoever does not comply with the regulations, the list of penalties is long.
From barbecuing in illegal places, cutting down trees, throwing and leaving garbage, parking on green areas to not wearing masks in the gardens of cafes where there can be a maximum of five people at the table. Violation of certain regulations also brings criminal charges! Don’t forget that the decision that says that a maximum of five people are allowed to gather indoors and outdoors is still officially in force.
THE FIRE
If you light a fire and grill in places where it is forbidden, you can pay a fine in the amount of 10,000 dinars. And plus get a misdemeanor report. Unquenched fire is a great danger, because it can cause a fire and endanger human lives and nature.

THROWING GARBAGE
Most of the fellow citizens decide to spend a day or two at popular picnic areas for the May Day holidays, but it often happens that they leave a pile of rubbish behind without realizing that they can pay a fine for the committed violation.

CUTTING TREES
Cutting down trees in parks and picnic areas is also strictly punishable. Unfortunately, we are not unfamiliar with scenes when a group of drunks came up with cutting down a healthy tree. Thus, the situation from the morning of May 1, 2018, when the “lumberjack” from Kosutnjak cut down a healthy tree, has not been forgotten yet.
– A fine of 10,000 to 100,000 dinars will be imposed on a person who devastates and deforests, who is not planned as a regular type of forest regeneration and performs felling that is not in accordance with forest management plans – the law is clear.
GREEN IN PARKS
Destruction of greenery in parks and recreational areas is punishable by 10,000 dinars. Arrogant parking costs 5,000 dinars. In Belgrade, drivers who park their cars on a public green area located within a park, square, square, road, as well as on a green area around a public facility, are fined as much as 25,000 dinars.

Epidemiologists note that the measures for May 1 and Easter must be respected. Officially, the gathering of five people in open and closed space is still allowed, and the gardens of the city cafes will be under the special attention of the inspections. At the same time, epidemiologist Predrag Kon emphasized that masks must be worn in cafes, and that there can be up to five people at one table and in gardens. According to the Law on Protection of the Population from Infectious Diseases, every catering facility and shop must have a number of guards, and if they do not provide that, the fine is 30,000 dinars.

Citizens who do not wear masks in the gardens will be fined 5,000 dinars, and the owners, as a rule, can pay a fine of 150,000 to as much as 300,000 dinars for violating the measures.
