Two residents of Serbia had been critically injured in an accident in Montenegro
After the accident, they were transported to the Bijelo Polje General Hospital, where one of the injured underwent emergency surgery.
As Vijesti learned from the hospital in Bjelopolje, twenty-one-year-old N. M. suffered injuries from a burst spleen, for which he underwent an emergency surgical procedure of splenectomy (surgical removal of the spleen), as well as a contusion of the intestine.
Twenty-two-year-old T. Ch. suffered a fracture of two metacarpal bones.
"After treatment, both patients were placed in the emergency ward"says the hospital’s response to Vijesta.
The accident occurred when the driver N. M. collided with a vehicle "Toyota" at the wheel of which sat Bjelopoljac K. Ć., who passed without injuries.
"For reasons not yet determined, on the main road Mojkovac-Kolašin in the town of Podbišće, a vehicle ‘Reno Klio’, which was moving from the direction of Mojkovac towards Kolašin, and a vehicle ‘Toyota’, with registration plates from Bijelopolska, which was driven from the opposite direction by K. Bjelopolja, came into contact. Ć"it was announced to the News from the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Bijelo Polje.
